Ugly battleship grey painted exterior.Functional interior with cheap looking seating.Lots of keg beers and decent selection in the fridge.I had a Seven Sisters beer.

The old West Green Tavern shut down some time in 2013 and has remained boarded up for the last few years.
But now the upstairs two floors have been converted into flats and the downstairs pub area reopened on the 15th of August 2018 as the True Craft Tap House and Bottle Shop with a bar area with 10 Craft keg taps and a kitchen area providing sour dough Pizza's.
Internally it’s a bit minimalistic with stripped back brick walls, wooden flooring and mainly wood tables and chairs with a couple of settees around the edge.
The Tap wall bar is on the opposite wall as you enter, with the pizzeria kitchen to the left and the bottle fridges and racks to the right of the bar. Local Tottenham breweries were well represented on the 10 taps with brews from Brewheadz, Beavertown and Redemption alongside other London offerings from One Mile End and the Seven Sisters brewery that now brews out of Bermondsey. I went for the keg version of Redemptions Big Chief and very good it was to. But at £4.00 for a 2/3 it should have been.
My Saturday lunchtime visit found it more functioning as a restaurant with quite a few groups in for the sour dough Pizza’s and hopefully it will be a bit more of a pubby experience in the evenings. But its good to have this former pub back functioning as a decent craft beer bar.

Steve C left this review about The West Green Tavern

This pub is fairly basic with a generic draught selection, a couple of pool tables, Sky Sports and three plasma screens. The England v West Indies game was being shown and there was some good banter going on between the regulars, who all seemed friendly enough.

I can't see myself returning here again as I live miles away and I certainly wouldn't make a special trip to sample the delights of Seven Sisters again.
