Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Prince William Henry

Now a Ram (i.e. tenanted Young's) pub with a rectangular bar housed under a small 1970s low-rise block of flats. A reasonable attempt has been made to give the well-maintained interior a bit of a traditional look, with a raised seating area at one end and two dartboards. Substantial front patio / decking beer garden, enlivened by some pot plants and hanging baskets, and partly under cover and screened from the wind. Small 'Back Yard' extension at the left-hand rear corner. On this visit, I found Young's Bitter, Doom Bar, Tribute, Hogs Back TEA and two from Sambrook's - Wandle and Pumphouse Pale (£4.40) on the six handpumps.

The pub is named after the prince who went on to become William IV upon the death of his brother George IV. This is a Young’s pub, with only Young’s Bitter (£3.40 a pint) clipped on two pumps, with a further six (!) unused. They were doing food on the Wednesday lunchtime I was in, but I didn’t see a menu. Furnishings are a bit nondescript – mainly large tables with hard wooden chairs. There’s a small raised area on the left, decorated with numerous prints on the walls, and being utilised by diners as far as I could see. The large forecourt fronting on to the busy Blackfriars Rd is furnished with numerous aluminium tables and chairs, including some of the overly tall variety. There’s enough room out here for a couple of heated canopies, obviously for the benefit of smokers.
This pub lives in a modern building with nothing interesting about it that I could see. Even by Young’s standards the ale choice (only the Bitter available) is disappointing. I haven’t been in here for a good many years before this visit, and I have to say that it hasn’t improved. It’s another characterless pub, but it is still open, and does sell one real ale (at least on my visit), so things aren’t all bad.
