Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The White Haus

Modern pub that has an unusual link with the Ski Club of Great Britain (including a display of skiing memorabilia). Apart from that, the interior is divided between the side tables beside the towering full-height windows and the seating / dining tables under a false ceiling. This section also has the wood-panelled counter which features Landlord (£5.00, and served too cold, but in good condition nevertheless) from one of the pair of handpumps. The unusual 1936 beer from Switzerland looked the pick of the modest selection from the keg taps.

This pub is bigger and smarter inside than I expected (it being at the foot of an office block) albeit perhaps a little on the bland side. The main bar is a medium sized single room, with a similar but cozier, fully functioning basement bar beneath. Service was welcoming and efficient this Monday lunchtime, with four ale pumps serving an acceptable Pride at £3.20, Directors, Meantime London Pale Ale (disappointingly 'not on yet') and the fourth vacant.

The tables were set for eating, in the basic 'knife and fork on a paper napkin' manner, and there were some stools at the bar, which actually seemed to work quite well in terms of combining a lunchtime eating venue with a proper pub. Sandwiches start at £3.50 and most mains are in the £8-9 bracket, though I didn't eat here. When I arrived the other customers were all pairs of suited males, though this was balanced out by several females shortly. I thought it felt more relaxed than most pubs nearby.

They have a pub loyalty card which promises 'great deals on food and drinks', a '2 for 1 cocktails' offer early evenings Mon-Fri, and a DJ on Thursdays promising 'funky tunes all night'.

I wouldn't really go out of my way to come here unless for an event, but it seemed a pretty decent place to drop into when passing.
