Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Three Tuns

Compact pub with limited furniture and an austere decor scheme featuring dark wood, light-painted walls and black & white photographs. Roof garden advertised. Three of five handpumps in operation dispensing the 'house' Tuns Moore brewed by Caledonian (£4.30), Doom Bar and Twickenham Naked Ladies. All a bit underwhelming.

Rex Rattus left this review about The Three Tuns

This is a characterless little drinking box, ideally suited for those who like vertical drinking. There are a couple of tall tables/tall stools in the middle of the small room, and more tall stools at ledges around the perimeter. There was no décor that I noticed worth mentioning, but I did note a sign advertising food between 12 and 3 PM. Taking a stroll past the gents, I found a few seats outside at the back, presumably there to meet the needs of smokers. There are still a couple of “Toby” reliefs on the outside wall, indicating that it was once a Charrington pub.

My chum and I were enticed in by the sight of four clipped handpumps on the bar, which turned out to be dispensing Doom Bar, Twickenham Naked Ladies, Caledonian Tuns More, and the excellent Poppy Otter (£4.10 a pint). I think this pub meets a need in providing somewhere for hardworking City workers to have a swift one on the way home. In my view it’s not somewhere to spend a relaxing evening’s drinking, but does the job it intends to do.

JACKY KITCHING left this review about The Three Tuns

This pub was known as Hennessy's from 2003 until May 2014, when it was taken over by new owners who have reverted to the original name of the "Three Tuns". The cask ale offering has been increased to five hand pulls on the bar and the ale is decently kept. This is a traditional "city" pub with a small downstairs bar & a heated smoking terrace to the rear. There is an upstairs bar / dining room and a roof garden, which is open in the summer months.
