Komakino . left this review about Gray's Inn

Like many resurrections, a change of hands sees a change of name, and The Queen & Albert is now Gray's Inn, nicely-located on the triangular green that is the centre of Wooburn Green. The layout comprises a small 'sitting' type room to the right (up the steps) on entry and a staple-shaped bar area to the left: a dining area was located to the rear of this room. Woody, with newly-boarded floor, one-third height panelling, wooden downlit bar frontage and 'distressed' wood slats against the rear wall. Cut logs either side of a brick fireplace completed the woody effect. Three ale - two from the Rebellion camp in IPA and Crash Landing (a one-off brew) along with Timothy Taylor Landlord with a fourth pump unclipped. With a cold, I was unsure whether my Crash Landing was iffy or not, but at £4.30 a pint in a new venture you'd expect better. Overloud muzak didn't help, and despite the retention of some old photos of Wooburn this seems to have lost some of the homeliness Steve reviewed 9 years back.

Steve of N21 left this review about The Queen & Albert

The Queen and Albert , or ‘The Steps’ as it is known by the locals on account of the three large stone steps that have to be traversed to get up to the front door, is a nice traditional two room pub looking out over Wooburn Green.
The main lounge bar area on the left is carpeted and has a large stone fireplace and comfortable seating.
Then the smaller , more enclosed wooden floored room on the right is plainer and mainly laid to wooden tables for dining. However this room does benefit from a good display of B/W early 20th Century period photo’s of the pub and the surrounding Wooburn Green area.
The pub benefits from a large expansive garden out back but for outside drinking most people try to get on the two large bench seats out front of the pub which are ideal to catch the late evening sun.
The beer choice or quality has never been a highlight of this pub, until now.
With the benefit of a new landlord the Queen and Albert is now an outlet for the beers of the Marlow Rebellion brewery and there are also now four hand pumps on the bar which, along with the house IPA and Smuggler also dispense two seasonal Rebellion Brews. These were Rebellion Blond and the July Monthly Ale, False Dawn.
The Rebellion Blonde was in fine form and well kept and as good as any I have tried in the Rebellion Tap pub.
The only negative I can now see for the Q&A is that like the other pubs around the Green there is no car park and you have to park in the surrounding roads.
