This is a modern bar conversion which seems to market itself as all things Guinness, given the name and the exclusion of real ale. Up a few steps and inside it's dark with a small bar on the right-hand side. Furniture comprises a few basic stools and no tables as there would be nowhere to put them. There were four people in on our arrival and my group of eight essentially filled the place to more than capacity, such that we had to go outside and stand on the very narrow pavement.
A decent half of Guinness was served by a cheery barman.
This is one of the least inspiring drinking experiences I've had in quite a while and doesn't warrant visiting even out of curiosity.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Toucan
I am one of those people who thinks that Guinness tastes (more or less) the same anywhere. However, I don't dislike the black stuff and I don't dislike this pub. It's just a good thing the Soho has wide-enough pavements to accommodate the drinkers who flock to this place because there is precious little space inside. Friendly bar staff, and OK for a quick one but not a place to stay for a second...

Strongers . left this review about The Toucan
The barman in this tiny bar seemed nice enough, although the draught selection of 6 Guinness, 2 Grolsch, 2 Carlsberg and 1 Magners is hardly inspiring.
I didn't find this place to be anything special and I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here again as most customers find themselves drinking in the street due to the lack of room.
