The Larrick is a corner pub with picnics on the path down both sides. The interior is L-shaped with a bar counter that faces the entrance. The furniture is made up of a mix of wooden tables and chairs with a couple of armchairs thrown in. The bar supports a premium keg range and two handpumps that were drawing Wadworth’s 6X and TT Landlord. No televisions, but there was some low background music playing during my recent Friday afternoon visit. The barmen were friendly, but it took a while to be served, even though there were few at the bar.

Good looking corner pub with an apex door and pleasing brickwork.Inside it's open plan with a small bar to the right side, traditional tables around two sides while the rear leg below a sky light was set for diners.Food is important here but drinkers are welcome. The ceiling is high and it feels quite grand, while there are pic nic benches outside in what is a sun trap.
Two real ales,TT Landlord and "Dark Star" Hophead (NBSS 3) and the welcome was friendly. Reasonably priced food for the area, this won't bust your wallet but expect a £15 main.
Decent enough but not very memorable.

A much swifter rebuild for this one, dating from 1835 but seemingly obsolete as to warrant a shiny new one in 1894.
This seems fairly similar to Quinno’s experience, one advantage being that it’s off the tourist trail, so the pub probably takes better care of its customers, given that they’re more likely to make a return visit. There’s a wooden bar front and back and an overall Eau de Nil colour scheme with trendy prints to the walls and pot, though the dog print has gone off to the Portman down the road; pot plants feature heavily. Furniture is entirely mismatched by table, pews exclusive to my table were upholstered with some ethnic print fabric, but I noticed that some similarly upholstered seats had somewhat bizarrely been applied to the ceiling.
Staff still seemed to be Latin, though now probably less bamboozled by the pumps as they’re now down from three to two, one reversed, the other ostensibly dispensing Landlord, though off as it was awaiting an engineer; Neck Oil it was once again then, £3.20 a half.
This isn’t a great pub, lying somewhere in the middle of Marylebone quality-wise; certainly not worthy of a special visit, but ok if needed as a place to get out of the rain, assuming of course that the engineer isn’t required.
