Graham Coombs left this review about Rising Sun

A strangely-shaped corner pub in the middle of Tottenham Court Road, with a long narrow side, opening out into a L-shaped area behind. There is a rather nice bar back, and several Sports TVs around the walls. Five handpumps offered a couple of guests alongside the usual Greene King offerings: the sampled Truman Blindside was in excellent condition.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Rising Sun

Quite a grand exterior, with some fancy masonry decoration on the upper three storeys. The traditional interior of the thin ground-floor bar has probably lost much of its original interest over the years, and now is a fairly typical ex-Taylor Walker Greene King outlet. Sports TV. On this visit I found IPA and Band of Brothers plus Sambrook's Pumphouse Pale Ale, Truman's Blindside (£4.60) and Hammerton N7 as guests on the five handpumps.
