Alan Winfield left this review about Pack Horse Inn

The Pack Horse is a decent looking bare brick built pub that is in the middle of the quiet village of Beckingham.
Once inside the pub had two rooms, the bar was in the larger of the two rooms, this room had a stone floor and comfortable bench seats with chairs the smaller room had a couple of settees in it.
There were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of John Smiths cask and this was quiet a nice drink the other beers were Sharps Doom Bar and Black Sheep bitter.
This was a pleasant enough pub to start our crawl in but it was a bit too quiet for my liking.
