The Tavern Inn is now the only pub in Walcote,the pub has got no front door so the entrance is to the side into what looks like an extension,this area looked quite smart with bench seating either side and normal chairs,the bar is down a couple of steps,this area is carpeted like the upper area,there was comfy bench seating and chairs and one of them large skittle games,there was a seperate room to the right which looked more like a lounge this room extended to the rear of the pub.
There were four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Dowbridge Acris which was a nice drink,the other beers were Dowbridge Fosse Ale,Doom Bar and GK Abbot.
This is a decent enough pub,my only gripe was that it was a bit too cold in here.
