The Royal George is a decent enough looking pub and very handy for the train station.
Once inside there is a single room which runs the width of the pub,the bar is on the left side which is bare boarded, there is a pool table to the front left, the right side of the room is carpeted and has comfy bench seating with chairs and small stools, there was a TV to the right showing the Liverpool v Hull game, there is alsoa dart board in the middle area.
There were two real ales on,i had a drink of Wadworth 6X which was a decent drink, the other real ale was GK IPA.
I thought this was a decent pub to have a drink in.

Friendly enough pub. You can have a laugh with the few inebriated oldies of an afternoon. 1 cask ale which was sadly the undrinkable Tetleys.

Call in this pub regular, always a great time with good beers and good banter, has free pool mon-thurs all day and the atmosphere is fantastic when big football matches are on with 2 large screens and cracking sound, clean tidy friendly staff, and a raised area to play darts to:) would def recommend!
