Another trip to the blues club on the Thurs night. Just the one real ale on. That said great night great music great evening. Almost seems they read my last comments as the bar staff were very attentive. Cant recommend this night enough to the older generation who like some serious music. Go on get down there

Went on the BJ blues night and it was a cracking night. Busy for a Thursday night with an older crowd of seemingly loyal punters.
My only gripe was although the bar was a steady stream of customers the bar staff were very slow and unattentive. More interested in chatting amongst themselves and messing around than serving. Also on arrival I asked what real ale was on and the girl behind the bar said they had none but when asked to check it was found that infact two real ales were on. The Wainrights had been kept well and was an ideal for what was really a very good night.
Get the staff slightly more on message about serving and this is a highly recommended night out
