Blue Scrumpy left this review about Masons
The Masons is away from the centre of Ingleton, but stands on the A65 to the south. We could and probably should have eaten here instead of the Wheatsheaf. Although I did notice that various dishes had run out. There was certainly a focus on food.
3 real ales were on - Settle Ribblehead Bitter & Timothy Taylor Boltmaker & Knowle Spring. My Ribblehead Bitter was received with a slightly short measure and I should probably have asked for a top up. But with a long trip back to London ahead of me, I was eager to get going in any case.
I found the Masons to be slightly more comfortable than the Wheatsheaf and it also had the best beer range in the village. But I have to say that I prefer the Old Post Office.

Mike Hewitt left this review about Masons Arms
We took our daughter back to Lancaster University on Monday, and on the way home stopped off here for some lunch. Thwaites cask Ale was on offer and my wife tells me it was excellent. I can recommend the coke with ice. Very refreshing. The meal was very good and value for money and there was lots of choice. We had Beef Medallions in black pepper and stilton sauce, with vegatables, and just a small bucket of chips. The pub itself was basic but very pleasant and the Landlord and staff very welcoming. The fireplace apparently was hand carved by the original owner who ran a Stone Masons businnes at the back of the pub around 1841.
