Steve C left this review about Queen Anne Hotel

The Queen Anne Hotel used to be a functioning hotel, but it is now just a local pub. To the right of the entrance is a large seating area with a dartboard and during my Tuesday evening visit last week there was some music equipment set up at the rear. A disco was advertised for the following upcoming Saturday night so I would imagine that this is a weekly event as the equipment hadn’t been cleared away.
To the left of the entrance is the front bar area named the Tap Room where there is some seating and a plasma screen that was showing Sky Sports. Children are not permitted in this area. At the rear of the pub is a larger bar area that houses a pool table. Some background music off the jukebox could be listened to in this area.
The bar is stocked with standard draught and the three hand pumps were drawing Thwaites Brewery’s Royal Delivery, Lancaster Bomber and Wainwright.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink here again, but it is perfectly acceptable as a local.
