Remains as it ever was, mid-range family friendly feed your kids on grease for a fiver place. Three cask usually on, my Black Sheep Blitzen was passable (NBSS 2.5)

An M&B tied place, this large roadside pub does 'feed your family for a fiver' type stuff, along with two or three cheap beers (Pride, Bombardier etc - £2.70pp for Pride the other day) which are variable but never too bad. Popular with the locals. Pool and darts available with decent al fresco front seating.
