Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about King Henry VIII

Very attractive Shepherd Neame pub, dating from 1597 (according to the inscription on the porticoed front entrance) and retaining plenty of character within the 'L'-shaped bar area. There is a small dining area and an even smaller counter in the Henry Bar to the right but many more tables beyond a snug and main entrance hallway around the corner to the left in the substantial rear extension (and all very busy on a Sunday lunchtime). Master Brew, Whitstable Bay Pale and Spitfire Gold (£4.20) available from three of the five handpumps. Surprisingly few keg taps, but Bear Island triple hopped lager was probably the most notable offering.

Peacehaven Steve left this review about King Henry VIII Inn

The pub has had a change in management and the difference is certainly noticeable. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

The food is not the cheap and bland fayre you get in a lot of pubs, but is still not expensive. Despite costing that little bit more, it is excellent value and well worth paying for. On the nights we have visited, the restaurant has been packed with contented diners.

The beer is well looked after, very tasty and nicely chilled. The pub is several hundred years old with Tudor beams throughout and log fires roaring.

They also do B&B. We have never stayed, but I imagine you are well looked after, although I did hear that one room is supposed to have a ghost!
