Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Swan

Extended and comprehensively refurbished since my last visit some years ago. Although newer than most Kent village pubs, it did previously seem rather drab, but it now has light furniture and decor, and the new dining room section at fully glazed walls on three sides. Food-led and quite upmarket, but still welcoming those just looking for a drink. I found the expected Harvey's (£4.00) and Doom Bar on two of the four handpumps, and with both being served in the right glasses, I guess these are the regular real ales.
