Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Knoxbridge

First revisit for eight years, during which time the former Hop Bine was closed for quite a while, but the new owners have been building a good reputation since they took over in 2016. The frontage has been tidied up again, with a few wooden benches on the gravel area, and the refurbished bar and side dining area look appealing. Although the emphasis is now definitely on food, it was interesting to note a 'bikers welcome' banner on the boundary fence. Although some of the total of seven handpumps in two banks may just be for show, the local Brumaison BB (£3.70, and in good form) and Tonbridge Rustic we available on cask. A house pils (of unknown origin) was also noted on the keg taps. Overall, with a friendly welcome and efficient service, it was a pleasure to see this one back from what once seemed inevitable doom

Roadside cottage style pub on the mainroad between Staplehurst and Cranbrook. Reopened in May 2016, after a long period of closure. Formerly known as the Hopbine.
The bar is in front of you as you go in:dining area to the left, tables and chairs for drinkers to the right. On my visit, late one July Saturday afternoon, a few folk were eating together with a few enjoying a pint.
On the bar, alongside the usual fizz founts, were a beer from Westerham, Spitfire and some football related special from Caledonian.
It's good to see this pub reopen and hopefully prosper.
