Fairly generic GK ‘Meet and Eat’ in decent shape, décor-wise. The glass display cabinet which acted as divider between two drinking areas was a nice touch. Darts and pool to rear. Island bar with three ales on; GK IPA, Robinsons Trooper (flatlining) and Wolf Sirius (impressive). Our half glasses should have been binned months ago, pitted to within an inch of their lives – very poor standards. Has the potential to be much better with a bit of effort; the Wolf wasn’t that good by accident.
