Passed this pub yesterday now closed down worst luck that only leaves the Dull Spoons and that other restaurant Pub The Old Manor near the station worst luck. Potters Bar is fast becoming a void of real Pubs even in the high road up the top the Cask & Stillage & The Lion both have no Real Ale.

Pop in this Pub on my way down too the Station its not too bad nice traditional Old style Pub as already said its got all the proper Pub stuff including a Dart board Etc. The only down side I found was there wasn't any Real Ale on tap when I went in. Being a Tuesday early evening it was quiet when I went in but I will definitely go in next time I'm Passing I also found the Staff & other customers pleasant & polite

Steve C left this review about The Bridgehouse Public House

This place is split into two bars connected by an open arched door with a public bar to the right housing a dartboard, pool table and a plasma screen and the larger bar to the left has a plasma screen above the fireplace, but it has a social club feel.

There were only a few locals in watching the football on the week night that I visited and they seemed ok without being that friendly. I thought that the barman could cheer up a bit and maybe learn how to interact with people without coming across as rude.

There is a standard draught selection alongside Red Stripe and although there is an unused hand pump in each bar there is an option of Pride.

I wouldn't go out of my way to drink here again.
