A locals' pub in this quaint village, unfortunately under the GK realm, meaning the sole ale option was IPA on my visit (which I swerved). This has a central bar and sub-divisions internally including a large, open fireplace. Busy with locals of a certain age enjoying a leisurely beer or two, this ticks boxes to those who matter, but a PuG-er like me will always pine for a locAle alternative to back up the promise this place has.
