Previously The Flying Dutchman, this awful corner bar has gone downhill considerably since Moby’s review, below. No real ale or anything resembling indie beer, just a very dull and very limited keg range, served mainly in grubby glasses. The bar staff were indolent, we had to wait quite a while for the barman to finish his fag and come back in to serve us, the place had a somewhat stale air about it and it was far from friendly. Terminus est.

A refurbed hotel bar, Comfortable seating in an otherwise open plan space, large TV screen at one end for sport. Two Handpumps on the bar ,just one was in use offering Steam Town Reefer at the agreeable price of £3.00 a pint. I found it to be a rather sterile experience overall with nothing to really draw me back.
