Estate pub now owned by Greene King. A few quid has been chucked at it and in fairness it's alright, if somewhat whacky on the colour scheme and dreadful on the piped music. Dart board in a special arrow-chucking area which obviously gets no use as the board was askew and pristine. A good crowd in mid-Friday afternoon. Very friendly tattooed barmaid who acknowledged my wait and managed to serve me in the midst of another large round. Unfortunately only one of the three pumps was clipped and the resultant OSH was awful but was exchanged with profuse apologies for a San Miguel with the price difference waived. So a mixed bag but it's nice to see an estate pub doing well.
