Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Queen Vic
I believe that this pub relies on live bands for much of its trade. Either way, it hasn't been able to re-open since lockdown.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Queen Vic
Old pub, unusually set perpendicular to the road, with an offshoot for events (The Little Vic) across the table-filled open yard. The interior of the main building has been opened-out and unsympathetically refurbished at some stage to leave one long and quite narrow space with the counter in the middle, a notional seating area at one end and the pool table at the other. Two banks of three handpumps, dispensing 6X, Jennings Sneck Lifter and the local Stroud Tom Long (£3.65) plus a cider and perry from Black Rat. Keg Hobgoglin IPA (a new one on me) also noted.

Malden man left this review about Queen Victoria Inn
One long room with the bar opposite on the back wall on entering. Stone flagged floor in the bar area, wood elsewhere. TVs each end which for some reason were showing Champions League reruns on Saturday evening but with the sound off. The bottom end of the pub has a pool table and dartboard. Five handpumps, Dangerfield Monkey House, Black Country Fireside, Dawkins Mumbai PA and West Berkshire Maggs Mild. The other pump had Black Rat cider.
There is an extensive outdoor area to the side with some cover and an outbuilding, named "The Little Vic" which is used for live music and also hosts the pub's annual beer festival.
