A locally two-barred village pub under the clutches of GK, but possibly a Local Hero venture if Tring Side Pocket and LB Restoration accompanying GK IPA are anything to go by. A rectangular dining area accessed via the door to the left on entry, with a small portion of bar accessible. To the right, a main bar area, pleasingly tiled and retaining some country pub trappings. Quite a decent stop-off, and locals were on good form, including an ex-pat Canadian recalling 80s TV variety shows.
