Large bar in The Swan hotel with a couple of drinking areas. Greene King beers on offer with Copper Dragon Golden Pippin being in fair form.

Great position here opposite Thaxted parish Church, hence a good view. Has good seating to front. A very relaxing atmosphere, staff friendly. Ruddles Best and Speckled Hen on handpump, both were good. Food good had an excellent steak, will call again.
