An interesting looking pub , quirky and rather food orientated. However the sign in system was over complicated, download an app and fill in several fields of info, table service was unattentive and slow, I wasn't dining, I missed the cask options , thinking there was none as I couldn't see from my table, I had a keg Beavertown Neck Oil. Attracting someone to pay after finishing my beer was also difficult. Not the best of times here.

An interesting pub both inside and out. The open plan interior was slightly shabby chic, but still retained a relaxing cottage style theme. The manager was friendly and explained what type of beers they had on handpump. We called on a Thursday afternoon and they had a choice of three ales and at weekends they usually have four. I opted for the Tonbridge Capel pale, which was a very good beer and a tad pricey at £4.40 a pint. We enjoyed our visit here and it wasn't too far from the centre of town.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Globe Inn Marsh
This attractive old weatherboarded pub was transformed inside a few years ago into a curious yet quite appealing bar / café / bistro / delicatessen blend. A counter-less servery now faces you as on entering, stacked with various breads, olives, nuts and spirits. A compact lounge / dining area lies to the left, a single large table occupies a space beside the main door and a larger dining room can be found down a single step to the right with a patio terrace beyond. The five handpumps are initially far from obvious, but I found four real ales being served: the 'house' (Tonbridge Brewery) Lookers Liquor (£3.90) and Hookers Hooch, the Skylarking session IPA from Pig & Porter and the ubiquitous Harvey's. Up to six keg beers are dispensed from taps on the notional bar-back and five boxed ciders are also available. With a relaxed atmosphere, this unusual place is worth a stop away from the touristy town centre.
