Just off the beaten track is the Millers Arms which is a freehouse, but when I visited on Saturday evening a couple of weeks ago only one of the two hand pumps was operational and it was drawing Bass. There are some standard draught products and the Guinness was well served by an amiable enough bartender. To the right of the entrance there is a pool table and at the rear of the pub there are four dartboards. There is a garden out the back that is separated from the pub by a covered smoking area. I spotted a few upcoming event advertised, but there was nothing regular to report.
I think that I’ll leave this one to the locals in future.
