GBG 2023 - superb position overlooking the sea. Fine terrace, although the sail type coverings block the sun.
Beer was in very good shape. Doubt I have enjoyed a Bath Ales Gem more and the proper job was bang on too.
Lovely seaside boozer.

A Georgian town pub which has lost much of its character through an unsympathetic renovation including knocking the ground floor through into a single bar while adding a dining area in an extension which was previously a separate business – a chip shop, I think. The upstairs rooms are now used for B&B, which includes dogs. There is a large non-smoking outside terrace at the rear which gives you a good view of the sea front and the antics of the passers-by. It’s currently run by St Austell, so two of their beers were on alongside a guest, Bath Gem. The beers were in very good condition. The staff were quite helpful despite it being busy, though sadly many of the customers were less pleasant. Food times are a bit unpredictable – apparently they are having chef issues. It’s a good place to rock in for a pint or two, but I’d probably eat elsewhere.

Pretty average inside, Doom Bar and and Thatchers on ...nice suntrap terrace to seaward, but yeah, pricey.

Sit at one end and you can watch the tourists and shoppers go by, sit at the other end and a large window overlooks the bay towards Charmouth. It is a bit of a spartan and featureless local's bar but we had a warm welcome. The best part of this pub? - it's not a Palmers house (like most of Lyme Regis) - the Sharp's IPA and Cornish Coaster were spot-on. Average.

Three storied corner pub, with white exterior, black paintwork, arched windows and with beer patios.
The interior was open plan and modern, though it did have darts and a pool table. The decor was light beige and dark beige panel, with arty pictures on the walls, along with a lot of sport memorabilia. There was also Sky TV. Service was ok and the clientele small.
Beer; usual tap stuff, with Sharpe's Doombar and Own on handpull. I had never tried the own and had to go and try it elsewhere after as my quick half was poor.
Not my kind of interior and poorly kept beer, sorry, not for me

The Rock Point is in an ideal location right on the sea front with a chip shop next to it.
But once inside the pub was a bit of a let down with one largish room which was not really to my taste and the pub was very busy with people downing lots of lager.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Robinsons Old Stockport which was slightly too warm the other beer was Bass.
This pub is ok for a quick drink after having a bag of chips.
