Komakino . left this review about Taps @ Beaconsfield

New 'sister' bar to the original Gerrards Cross incarnation, just off the main High Street. A shop conversion, now all light, bright and woody. The bar is against the right-hand wall, with tall tables and stools the window side, some comfy seating as you enter, and some shelf seating opposite the bar itself. Some modern art on the wall as you enter and some framed vinyl opposite the bar. Behind the jump are ten taps, all unmarked, but two large screens show the current offerings, on my weeknight visit comprised of Windsor & Eton Republika, Disruption Is Brewing The Devil Wears Lager, The Kernel Bière de Saison, Great Beyond Hoxton Fresh, DEYA Makes You Think, Gravity Well Tidal Disruption Event, Verdant 40 Watt Moon, Anspach & Hobday London Black, Stardust Red Rocket and Stardust Optic. All pints north of £5 (the Kernel, only served as 2/3 was £8. Nine of the taps are keg, with a tenth (the Stardust Optic) being cask. Plumping for this (and have £5.40 removed from my person for the privilege), I was presented with a watery offering, but eventually tucked into something that was fruitly earthy, with a hop or two bubbling to the surface. There's a narrow fridge next to the bar with some crafty cans and bottles available to imbibe in-store or takeaway, plus the odd bottle of gin and 'selected wines from independent vineyards'. A smattering of tables and chairs on the pavement out front are available for al fresco drinkers.
