Will Larter left this review about The Crafty One

A small shop conversion, in the same ownership as Rafters Restaurant just around the corner, and initially named accordingly, but now bearing the more distinctive moniker The Crafty One. The small bar counter has a Cruzcampo tap sitting on it, with four craft beers of the keg variety on the shelf at the back. The beers are listed on a blackboard to the right (at the bottom of the stairs - up which there are said to be more seats), along with wines and fizz at what look like pretty steamy prices, but then I never buy wine in pubs. My half of The Kernel Lorien 5.5% was £2.95 and pretty good (it's a brewer that I trust) - I wondered if I should have gone for the style rather than the brewer, as the next on the list was a West Coast Pale, but the brewer (Polly's) and the name (Little Petal) put me off. Maybe next time.
