Bucking Fastard left this review about Warbler on the Wharf

A new build pub by Mc Mullens and part of the Campbell Wharf development,it's impressively large. You enter onto a "wait to be seated" lecturn but this is mainly because dining is a major draw here ,althought it was busy on my Friday evening visit and I was shown to a small table despite saying I was only after a beer.On the ground floor the main dining area is to the right, the bar is straight ahead while the seating to the left was more of a drinkers area.
There is a seperate dining area upstairs with it's own bar but this is a table service area apart from some small tables overlooking the entrance space, but with a huge glowing neon sign not in keeping with the bird and duck theme around the interior.
It's all rather contrived, modern and noisy. Just two Mac's real ales in IPA and Country (Not great,NBSS 2.5). There are 4 house Rivertown kegs along with multinational dross.
Once the novelty has worn off ,this could revert to a dull experience and I can see no reason to revisit.
