E TA left this review about Vino Vino

Occupying a good position in the city centre, this well-established wine bar is predictably expensive but good at doing what it is meant to do. Which isn’t being a pub. There is an outside seating area demarked from the public highway by a steel temporary fence of the style you might see at a racecourse tote, which makes it a bit awkward to find the entrance, especially when this is roped off while the staff go and hide. There isn’t a warm welcome, and being shown to a seat feels a bit like being addressed by a car park attendant. The food was tapas-style individual and sharing platters, which was a nice touch as it is after all a wine bar. It was tasty enough, but stupidly expensive, even for Bath. The wine list was also mostly good, but again very much over priced. There was no real ale or cider, just bottled craft beers and ciders for those who didn’t want to drink wine. All the ingredients were there for a non-beer evening, but somehow it just didn’t feel joined up enough for me.
