E TA left this review about Napton Cidery

A farm cider mill which has an off-licence shop and, most importantly, a bar.  There is a car park at the side and an outside seating area in front of the shop entrance.  Inside, the seating is on one side, the brewing vessels the other.  The staff are enthusiastic and helpful, one of them strumming away on a small guitar to amuse us.  Cold food was available, mainly tapas-style sharing platters.  As well as a variety of ciders there were bottled ales from the nearby Windmill Brewery on offer, both to drink in and take away.   We sampled several ciders, all quite excellent. They also produce a cider brandy, though we didn't try this.  Dog biscuits and water were also on offer.  They host comedy open mic nights and have a good local following plus a lot of trade from the canal community.  Bar prices are reasonable, but the take-way is rather more expensive than is justified - presumably aimed at the tourists looking for presents and souvenirs.  I was very happy to make more than one visit here and should be delighted to return when next in the area.
