Opposite the iconic Hook Norton brewery is their visitor shop and, further on, a bar and restaurant. Oblong room with a traditional feel but fairly modern in execution, brick and wood trimmings. A good range of Hooky beers on, five over six pumps, and my choices of 12 Days (NBSS 3) and Greedy Goose (4) were well-received. We ate here (as were everyone else) and the food was a bit average for the price. Fine for what it is and useful to know about if you’re on your way up to the Midlands.
