This bar was originally only open for 2 nights per week and 1 of those was often a ticket only event. However after they joined the Rochdale Ale Trail recently and sold out of real ale, they've decided to open 4 days per week, see Facebook page for timings.

It's quirky bar with posters of groups such as The Jam and The Buzzcocks on the walls. There's a free vinyl jukebox with a fine selection of music on it. Sunday afternoon & evening is Northern Soul day. Two handpumps on the bar which during the ale trail were selling beers from Twisted Wheel brewery to emphasise the Northern Soul connection. It's an interesting addition to the Rochdale ale scene.
