A very friendly and inviting micro, where you really do get to know the locals. This is a one room micro pub with a small bar area in the left hand corner, the walls were wallpapered and there was a very plush grey carpet throughout. Five handpumps serving Daleside Bitter and Blonde, Durham White Gold, Ouseburn Porter and Hadrian and Border Secret Kingdom. I tried all the ales except the Durham White Gold and all of which were in excellent condition.
