Novella is a small bar with open plan seating at the front and a bar counter in the right rear corner that backs onto a pizza kitchen. With the table service it did feel a bit too much like a restaurant for my liking. Asahi and Peroni were available on keg alongside Camden’s Pale and Off Menu. I went for a Camden Pale which came in one of those awful fat and short tumbler like glasses. I found the service to be friendly and the chilled modern dance music was actually quite good, but I don’t plan on returning.
