Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Copper Tap

New bar and bistro, with a smart interior that must mostly attract the 'coffee and cake brigade'. However there are also four keg taps on a fount on the front part of the small counter, and - less obviously - three handpumps on the side section. Two of these were on, offering Crafty Fox from Wily Fox (£3.95) and an American Cream Ale from Prospect. Also has a small beer garden at the back with artificial grass.

Brainy Pool left this review about The Copper Tap

modern bar on a busy road junction that opened just before Covid lockdowns. Inside it is pretty anonymous and quite tiny, with maybe six or seven tables. It's pretty cosy despite the lack of decor, but the atmosphere is much more bar/bistro than pub. Loads more space outside including those trendy Alpinesque wooden booths. Big on coffee, cake and food but cask ale is offered - it's easily missed though, hidden away on the side of the bar next to the till. Nice place but the layout isn't the best, and does it know what it wants to be? Beer certainly seems to be quite low on the agenda judging by their social media posts.
