Blue Scrumpy left this review about 6 Barrels

Micropub on a parade of shops serving a couple of real ales and a good selection of boxed ciders. Seating is on benches and long tables. It is quite easy to get into conversation with other drinkers.

The 2 ales were Steam Town Northern Soul & Plain Ales Independence. Ciders were Weston's Old Rosie, Snail's Bank Raspberry Ripple & Lilley's Raspberry Mojito, Pina Colada, Cherries & Berries, Gladiator, Cheeky Pig, Bee Sting Perry, Somerset Scrumpy Dry, Rhubarb Cider, Apple & Blackberry Cider, Lemon & Lime Cider, Mango Cider, Tropical Cider & Pineapple Cider. Craft beers were Vibrant Forest Picea, Beavertown Bloody 'Ell, Disruption Is Brewing Law of Mind & Bat Country Open Face.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about 6 Barrels

Doesn't self-identity as a micro-pub, but this typical small shop-conversion unit has all the required attributes (plus background music, which won't be to everyone's taste). Mostly basic canteen-style furniture and rustic decor, with a little additional seating out front under an awning. With three of the four handpumps in use, the offer was Exmoor Gold, Steam Town's Stoke and Cheeky Monkey from Parkway (£4.40).
