Labelled as a micropub but there’s an odd shaped small main room at the front, a tiny back room, more rooms upstairs and a garden. The three cask beers, with space for a fourth, are stillaged behind the counter with an in cask cooling system, there’s also a couple of craft kegs dispensed from the big square box thingy and some ciders. Minimal decor, no pump clips! just posters for local events etc. Friendly place with a local vibe.

2 rooms on ground floor,3 rooms upstairs and now has a small outdoor seating area. Serving ale direct from the cask plus 2 keg. Really friendly vibe. Check links below for more info and opening hours.

We really enjoyed our visit here and found the owner to be very welcoming and friendly. We sat at the bar and chatted away with him, over a decent couple of pints served from gravity from behind the bar. We went for the Hopshed Pekin, Magpie Thieving Rogue and Goff's Cheltenham Gold. All of which were in excellent condition. There was also a choice of another two cask ales. Apart from the 2 rooms downstairs, there was a further 3 drinking areas upstairs, all very nicely kitted out. Well worth a visit.
