This basement micro is located via an entrance hallway and down a short flight of stairs. This is a three roomed micro with a entrance lounge, mid section bar area, an added small room on the right hand side at the rear and a patio garden. Three handpumps on the bar, with two in operation on our visit serving Great North Eastern Chinook and Whitley Bay Kangaroo. The staff and fellow customers were all chatty and welcoming. Well worth a visit.
