Old Boots left this review about Corner House

A cafe bar in a basic brick box, advertises “coffee, bar, kitchen” which is probably the correct order. The counter is to the right at the back, the front space either side of the door is furnished with leather sofas, the middle mostly with normal height and the rear with a tall eight seater with stools. Four tall keg fonts grace the counter, Heineken, Moretti, 1664 and Neck Oil, so nothing to frighten the horses other than the £3.05 for a half price tag. Cable tray with plastic ivy and Edison lights decor, there’s an outside seating area too but it’s next to a very busy road and a bus stop. Other than the bar man I was the only male in the village although I didn’t check the babies, yes big clear windows and space for car sized prams so a big tick in the girly friendly box. It has happy hours but not on my lunchtime visit.
