The Dog and Sausage is a small open bar with lots of military memorabilia so imagine governor is ex-forces. The L-shaped bar on the right wall stocks standard draught and I didn't see any food menus. There are no televisions here, but some background music was playing off jukebox. Polite service, had the feel of a new bar.
