Moulin de Lecq is a former watermill now doing business as a pub, with the disused mechanism on show behind the bar. There's loads of outside seating in the old car park and a child-friendly garden. The bar features 2 Rosie's Pig flavoured ciders as well as 2 ales - "Wheel Ale" - geddit?? turns out to be a Best served direct from the jacketed cask on the bar, Liberation Ale being the other option.

It was blissfully quiet here and a good place to stop after a walk.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Le Moulin de Lecq

Attractive converted mill, with the waterwheel still in situ to one side of the building and the cog wheel workings forming a most unusual bar-back. Very traditional bar, and plenty of wooden benches out in the courtyard. The locally brewed 'house' Wheel Ale (£3.90) and two White Rock beers - Barefoot and Lost Tourist - from Guernsey plus Rosie's Pig strawberry cider available from the four handpumps.
