Dragged in here for a leaving do. Almost everything of interest has now been dropped and the macro lager and cider will set you back £££. One of interest - Adnams Mosaic. Cacophonous interior and cloth-eared staff.

Nov 2021
Update - cask lines removed due to 'poor turnover'. Perhaps not too hard to see why.

Random revisit. No analogue T&T and a beer on the (admittedly nice) rooftop terrace will, from a very limited selection (they won't transport beer up from the main bar), cost you northward of six quid. Comedy London prices, I'll leave it to the office workers to get fleeced in future.

A new mega bar in a converted bank, which stretches over three levels. Full-on hipster squat feel to it with unfinished walls, rickety bench seating and scrapyard furnishings. Bar is to the left, food vendors to the right. Three ales usually on, a West Berks cooking bitter which is the cheap option, with the two guests clocking-in north of £4.50. There's also an array of kegs which to be fair have some interesting choices with prices clearly labelled.

Big barn of a pub with an upstairs balcony. No cask so had Neck Oil which was expensive but tasty. Not much fun in an empty pub on an afternoon visit.Gloomy interior made me feel gloomy.

A large barn-like bank conversion with a main long bar down the left hand side as you walk in, to the rear a separate Cocktail Bar and on the right hand side a cafe area with food servery. There is a roof terrace but I didn't venture up. Four handles on the bar serving up Tribute, Adnams Sloe Storm, West Berks Good Old Boy and Flying Monk Jackdaw, £2.00 a half and to be honest tasted as it had been sat in the pipes overnight, seven craft keg beers were available from taps on the rear wall as well as some normal stuff from the bar mounted fonts. I imagine this place is probably banging of an evening but was almost deserted on a Saturday lunchtime. This is a cashless card only bar and not really my cup of tea.
