Strongers . left this review about Bayards Cove Inn

Dating from the 14th century, Bayards Cove Inn has a high outside table with stools either side of the entrance, and during high season this is all the provisions in place for non-diners. The bar on the left wall supports a handpump, which was drawing Bays Topsail and four of their products were available on keg. Advertised as a café bar I found it to be more restaurant like. Not a place to visit just for a beer.
