Rex Rattus left this review about Jack's

This is an ex bottle shop that now sells keg stuff for consumption on the premises. This looks more like a cafe than a bar, with a counter that's almost totally occupied by cafe stuff. But they had eight keg taps on the wall behind the counter, looking mainly like hoppy craft style beers with the exception of the Guinness. My half of Stiff Upper IPA cost £3.

There's no seating inside but that may be just a sign of the times. There are a handful of tables outside at the front, with a fair bit more seating down a few steps out the back with most of it undercover.

This place is fine if you're OK with keg Guinness or hoppy craft beers, and if it's warm enough to sit outside. Of course there's no traditional pub atmosphere, but I guess younger customers won't worry about that. It's OK for what it is.
