Will Larter left this review about The Junction

This is the tap room for Blythe Brewery, which is about 10 miles away. The two brewers themselves were running the bar, though how much longer they can both manage 80 hour weeks remains to be seen. The beers I tried - from the range available on six hand pumps - were well made and in excellent condition. The building they have adapted in part for their micropub is a former Co-op on the cross roads in the village centre, and they have made a good job of making a comfortable room from what must have been an unpromising shell. They told me they are busy enough to have never had to throw out any beer, and that their darker beers sell particularly well. This one is definitely worth the trip out from Burton for. (It's about a mile from the football ground.)
