E TA left this review about Turtle Bay

A chain cafe bar with a Caribbean beach bar theme, including Bob Marley soundtrack, wriggly tin covered central bar and Red Stripe on tap. The comparison ends there, though. It’s housed in two levels of a riverside building, with a concrete terrace at the front, the only place from which you can see any water, and of course there’s no sand. Apart from the Jamaican wall tat, the colour scheme is largely unsubtle and garish. The two levels are joined by a wide spiral staircase. There is a selfie area by the door, though why it is there is a mystery. No real ale of course, so Brixton Pale Ale was the best they could offer, but to be fair it wasn’t expensive. Food was cheap and fairly nasty – tasteless, factory made stuff with extra chili to make if feel ‘jerk’, though there was a good selection of chili sauces on the tables. The young staff were friendly and easy on the eye. Probably ok for comfort food and a soft drink but not somewhere I’d come to drink or dine.
